Fingerprint Compliance
Over the years, PCCD has sought to assist law enforcement in facilitating the printing of offenders and has spearheaded several key stakeholder groups which have worked collectively to monitor fingerprint rates and seek ways to improve compliance. Criminal records must be accurate, not only for public safety and officer safety purposes, but to ensure that offenders are processed properly and according to the law.
The dashboards below track fingerprint compliance rates throughout the Commonwealth. The first Offender Identification by County Dashboard shows county wide fingerprint compliance information and include compliance rates for all county and local law enforcement agencies. The second Offender Identification State Dashboard aggregates all the rates for law enforcement in the entire state.
All reported cases are triggered by the OTN’s Disposition Date for the assigned quarter, not the date fingerprinted.
NOTE: The Fingerprint Compliance dashboards do not load properly in Internet Explorer. Chrome, Edge, or Firefox are the recommended browsers to view the dashboards.
